Counsellors provide support and guidance in a non-judgemental way to people experiencing emotional and psychological challenges. They use counselling techniques to help identify, navigate and assist in working through their challenging issues.
Counselling is most effective when you engage with your counsellor. A counsellor will walk through your issues with you and assist you in making things clearer to understand. The counsellor will not provide advice, but will support you in working through your challenges.
Counselling can help with a range of issues, including:
- Abuse
- Anger
- Addiction
- Anxiety
- Bereavement (Loss and Grief)
- Depression (stress and worry)
- Fears (including Phobias)
- Major life changes in Relationships, Sexuality concerns, Trauma, Violence, Work issues.

Sessions start from £70
A session lasts 50 minutes. This is also referred to as the counselling hour
We offer a unique service that allows you to have the option of online counselling sessions. This means you can do it on your laptop, tablet or smartphone
We will make all attempts to reschedule any cancelled appointments because we know life can throw us surprises. If you are unable to attend an appointment, you can cancel up to 24hours of a set appointment without a charge. Cancellation within 24 hours of an appointment will incur a 50% charge. Non-attendance for scheduled sessions will be charged at a full session fee.
