Join us for a transformative experience in the heart of Morocco. Our exclusive Black Men’s Retreat in Marrakesh, taking place in June 2025, is designed to provide a journey toward mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. Hosted by our lead therapist, Nathaniel, this retreat is all about healing, connection, and rejuvenation in a culturally rich environment.

During your stay, you’ll enjoy daily intentional movement, guided mental health practices, and immersive workshops, all while surrounded by the calm landscapes of a private riad. The retreat offers a space for reflection and growth, creating bonds with like-minded Black men.

Mental Health Workshops

The Black Men’s retreat will focus on the importance of mental health and wellness. Through engaging workshops, you’ll explore topics such as mindfulness, emotional resilience, self-awareness, and the power of vulnerability in safe spaces. Each session is thoughtfully curated to give you the tools needed for sustainable mental wellbeing, equipping you with practices to maintain your mental health long after you leave.

One-on-One and Group Therapy

To ensure deep personal reflection and healing, Nathaniel will provide both one-on-one therapy sessions and group therapy. These sessions provide the opportunity to discuss personal challenges, uncover hidden emotional barriers, and gain valuable insights from the collective wisdom of the group.

Activities

Prepare for an unforgettable journey filled with incredible experiences designed to inspire, rejuvenate, and connect. Soar high above the breathtaking Atlas Mountains in a luxurious 5-star hot air balloon, taking in sweeping views of vast valleys and majestic peaks. Embark on a group camel ride across the golden sands of the desert, a perfect blend of adventure and camaraderie. Unwind and indulge in a traditional Moroccan bath at a private spa, where centuries-old cleansing rituals will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. Between these  activities, there will be plenty of downtime to relax, reflect, and enjoy the serene surroundings, allowing you to fully embrace this transformative retreat.

Accommodation & Food

Boasting mountain views, the private villa provides accommodation featuring a private swimming pool, a garden, 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms with a walk-in shower and bath. Free WiFi, the non-smoking property is located 15 minutes away from the Median of Marrakesh.

The spacious villa has a fully equipped kitchen for our private chef to create authentic Moroccan cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The villa is air conditioned and includes a terrace with an outdoor dining area.  The nearest airport is Marrakech-Menara Airport, 16 km from the accommodation.

Set in the vibrant and enchanting city of Marrakech, this retreat is not only a space for inner healing but also a cultural immersion. Nestled between the majestic Atlas Mountains and the Saharan desert, Marrakech offers a blend of ancient traditions, stunning architecture, and rich African heritage.

Only applicants who meet the assessment criteria, will be provided a link to make payment for a non-refundable deposit to secure their space.

Spaces are limited and provided on a first come basis.

Registration to attend closes Friday 28th February.  

Cost: 

• Early bird £1200 – deposit (£300) or full balance to be paid by January 31st 2025
• Standard £1300 – deposit (£300) to be paid by Friday 28th February 2025

Payment Options:

• A non-refundable deposit of £300 followed by:
  • Option 1: Pay outstanding balance in full OR
  • Option 2: Flexible payment plan – pay in three equal instalments due in 2025, in February, March and April

Exclusions:

Flights to and from Marrakech, meals and drinks NOT mentioned on the itinerary, tips/ gratuities and travel insurance.
