Talking therapy clinic is an organisation that provides talking therapies to people seeking help in dealing with their emotional and mental health issues in order to attain a healthier wellbeing.

We also provide training packages for companies and individuals looking to improve communication skills.

We are a community of qualified and experienced counsellors and psychotherapists. We are members of  the accredited register of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Nathaniel Oke

Talking Therapy Clinic Founder

Nathaniel Oke is a qualified senior Psychotherapist with over 13 years’ experience. He is a member on the accredited register of British Association of Counselling Psychotherapy (BACP).

Nathaniel works in an integrative therapeutic model -The combination of many models to create a bespoke way of working that is tailored to the individual.

Nathaniel founded Talking Therapy Clinic Ltd in 2017, a company that specialises in providing one to one counselling and psychotherapy to all ages and groups.

Talking Therapy Clinic also provides industry-leading bespoke workshops and training programmes for corporation and individuals.

The ethos is to ensure that all services use counselling skills and principles to improve professionals’ ability in building relationships with their service users.

Nathaniel is an avid public speaker that has given key-note speeches on Diversity and Race and Men’s mental health issues.

Counsellors provide support and guidance in a non-judgemental way to people experiencing emotional and psychological challenges. They use counselling techniques to help identify, navigate and assist in working through their challenging issues.

Counselling is most effective when you engage with your counsellor. A counsellor will walk through your issues with you and assist you in making things clearer to understand. The counsellor will not provide advice, but will support you in working through your challenges.

There are many types of talking therapies, so your therapist will help select the one best suited to your needs.

All sessions are confidential and we ensure that all counsellors adhere to the ethical framework of BACP.

Sessions start from £70

A session lasts 50 minutes. This is also referred to as the counselling hour

We offer a unique service that allows you to have the option of online counselling sessions. This means you can do it on your laptop, tablet or smartphone

We will make all attempts to reschedule any cancelled appointments because we know life can throw us surprises. If you are unable to attend an appointment, you can cancel up to 24hours of a set appointment without a charge. Cancellation within 24 hours of an appointment will incur a 50% charge. Non-attendance for scheduled sessions will be charged at a full session fee.
